VACUUM INDUCTION FURNACE
GROW CONTROL has developed special purpose Vacuum Induction Furnace for melting applications of metals based on various metals and industrial applications. Induction melting is a process where melting is melted into liquid form in an induction furnace crucible.
The molten metal is then poured from the crucible, usually into a cast. Induction melting is extremely fast, clean and uniform. The uniform heat induced in metal also contributes to a high-quality result. They not only make workplaces safer, but also increase productivity by making the melting process faster and comfortable.
We have successfully developed melting solutions for various applications for industrial components, automotive, aerospace and other components. Melting can be performed on various metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, copper alloys, iron and steel etc.
Features
- All water path incorporated with sensor it should contain water flow pressure monitoring system, door interlock, water pressure interlock, temperature interlock.
- There should be MCCB breaker with semiconductor fuse in panel.
- Tripping for over and under voltage.
- Alarm system for heat time.
- Coil water temperature interlock.
- Earth leakages milliamp monitoring with trip.
